The office team was very understanding and kept me abreast of updates regarding my moving experience. The moving team was very patient and handled my items with care.

The men who moved my things from Greensboro to Wake Forest did a phenomenal job! They communicated with me through each step of the process, were kind, handled my belongings with care, and were extremely efficient. The men I talked with in the office were very personable and made sure I understood everything by answering all of my questions.

My two guys from the moving team were great!! Very professional and have the best manners. If I ever were to need to use this company again I would request my guys to be sent again. They should definitely receive more than typed words or a voice recognition from a manager. I feel like these days employees are not rewarded enough for the hard work they put in.

The guys moving my things were careful and polite. I do appreciate that. However I do feel they were a bit slow and it brought my estimate to the max price predicted which I was a little disappointed with.

The operation was delayed because an error in the office led to boxes not being brought when they were needed and that delayed the packing. I do not think that was compensated in my price.

The two gentlemen that came to move me to my new place were nice guys. They gave opinions on where to place furniture with my Mom, helped with packing items where needed and did a remarkable job getting me moved in the time they did. I truly appreciate their time and strength. One young man seemed like Superman as he carried items up with ease; these were not light items either! Thank you!

The movers assigned to my move went above and beyond to make a stressful situation a little less stressful. The offered any assistance they could. Would definitely use them again!

Ethan and Jordan were phenomenal. They took care of everything, were efficient and kind. Over all a great experience and will be a repeat customer if, God forbid, I have to move again. Moving is stressful, they helped alleviate so much of that.

The team did an excellent job, very thorough, careful, and good to work with. I definitely would use them again if the need arises.
