Management dropped the ball several times and it fell on the movers to try and salvage the situation.
The move was delayed due to mechanical issues on our part. Once the movers arrived there was a Loft/Bunk bed that per policy we typically do not disassemble or reassemble these types of beds. We did however send a manager out on site to assist you with disassembly and we sent another team the following day to help with reassembly of the bed. We also completely waived the $300 travel charge for you. Again we apologize for the issues that occurred, we did rectify the situation the best we could by sending assistance with the bed and giving a discount for the issues.
