The entire experience was excellent. The office staff were efficient and courteous, the movers were respectful - on time - and worked well as a team, they were careful with my belongings and took extra care with my electronics and artwork. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Everything was good, except that I had requested and paid for assembly of a desk. That desk was not assembled correctly. It appeared to be until after the movers left,when it began to sag. Upon further inspection, the screws were not tightened ans some were laying on the floor. I might as well have assembled it myself.

Overall excellent service.. Would recommend and use again.

Marcus and Anthony were amazing. They were efficient, experienced, but always friendly and always had time for a question or a comment. They were a team the entire time; they both carried separate items in but knew when the other needed help with a staircase or doorway. Couldn't and never have had a better crew in all my moves.

The guys showed up on time. They got to work quickly and were very careful with everything they touched. Not only did they work hard but they were very friendly. They had no problem carrying heavy items up to the third floor.

Moving guys were professional and hard working. They were positive in attitude and assistance, and understanding of the stress involved in a move. Very competent and knowledgeable about maneuvering furniture pieces and making sure crystal and furniture pieces were handled with care. That same attention to detail was also shown when the furniture and boxes were unloaded. They took care to maintain that the property moved into was not damaged. We would definitely hire this team again. Our movers were great!!!

The guys at our move did a great job explaining the process and where very careful moving everything. They were very friendly and had a great attitude.
