From my first call to the office to inquire about availability on my tight timeline to the final piece of furniture being placed where I directed every single person I spoke to (Kristina, Kelvin, Ronnie, Robin) was courteous, listened to my needs and requests and followed through on delivering the service promised at a very fair price. I was impressed and so grateful. Two Men and a Truck made this one aspect of moving my dad from his home to a nursing facility seamless and one less thing for me to stress about. I am a fan for life. Albeit a very last minute decision to move my mother in law's things, the office staff did everything possible to get us on the schedule as soon as possible which was the very next day! To our surprise things were totally well organized and absolutely professionally expedited with complete satisfaction on everyone's part! Will certainly recommend this company to family and friends! So happy with my experience with Two Men and a Truck! Have never used a moving company before, and although an investment, definitely worth every penny. Two Men and a Truck was a better price and better value than other companies I had quoted. They were very personable, from the first phone call to the last. They were able to answer all my questions before the move, so there were no surprises. My moving team was amazing, and went above and beyond what I expected. I felt safe, and I felt my stuff was in good hands. They took special care of my appliances which I was particularly worried about. They were very amicable, personable, and kept in touch throughout the entire travel process. I would absolutely recommend Two Men and a Truck, and would plan to hire them for any future moves!

The day of moving was a bit hectic, I was told different stories from the office personnel & the actual movers about my moving schedule. We were finally able to get everything worked out where my items could be loaded & unloaded the same day instead of being locked in the truck in your yard.

The guys that moved my furniture did and excellent job.I would recommend them to anyone for the service they gave me.

Your price was reasonable, however, after doing a walk through for the inventory you should have sent two trucks instead of one. There wasn't enough space on the truck so we had to go back and forth like yo-yo's with our cars (which made a stressful day even more stressful). More importantly though, you damaged our dishwasher front and a hallway wall. I had the moving guys sign that they did the damage and then they lied to the bosses that it even happened. They dented it in several places and there was newly chipped off paint to prove it on the kitchen floor! Plus I was able to provide pictures (and a home inspection) to prove there was no damage before. Unbelievably you denied the claim. I am disgusted by the dishonesty. Also we had to help remove a door to get the fridge out!

I was pleased with the effort to conduct my move professionally and timely! The crew was great and I want them for my move from storage to the house, once the build is finished!

I used the company again to get my things out of storage since they had done a great job 5 years ago of moving me into to storage. Kelvin, DeAnthony, and Orion were great. They are polite, friendly, and helpful. They worked hard and were upbeat the entire time. I will definitely use Two Men again and recommend them especially the crew that I had. Kelvin was one of the movers from 5 years ago and remembered me. That is the kind of customer service that I look for in any company.
