Damien and Dayshawn were a great moving team. They arrived early within the appointed time, were ready with the paperwork, fast, nice & personable and all around pleasant to work with. The furniture was well wrapped and transported, arriving in the same condition in which it was loaded.
All the office ladies who took my calls to book or field questions were also very nice and efficient.

I was estimated seven hours of work. Even after some delay because of weather and a random circumstance. They still finished within 4 hours.

* Movers didn't do a final walk through of the house with me to ensure nothing was left behind. There were several items that needed to be packed that weren't.
* Movers were in a rush to leave. I bought them food as appreciation and they left trash in my backyard on the ground.

Brayan, I am sorry that you did not have an excellent experience with Two Men and a Truck. When we saw the red card you gave us we were very surprised as we called mid move and you said everything was going well. We also tried multiple times after the move to call you and see what we could do to correct this situation but we never got a response. Especially with COVID and having never hired movers before I was a bit worried but these movers were great. The office staff was so helpful getting me a quote. They even moved my Purple mattress and bed frame upstairs.

These guys were great on the day of the move and the office staff were awesome in arranging the move beforehand, as well as sending follow up and reminder calls before the day. I would ONLY use Two Men and a Truck going forward.
