The office staff was excellent. My calls were always answered. They called and checked on the status of the move. They are taking care of my claim (minor damages to furniture) quickly. I received a call a few days after the moves. The movers had good attitude and were friendly. The price was very affordable. Although I went over an hour, financially the rate was not ridiculous. I am very satisfied and have recommended them they have moved me three times and I have been very pleased all the time and out of three moves only once was furniture a bit damaged but it happens and I do appreciate how quick they respond and resolve it.

Everyone was flexible and eager to assist. Made it very easy and efficient. The moving crew was very professional and efficient. I have few stops to pick up items. They did it on time. Thanks

Edwin, Kilven, and William were amazing. Very understanding of my situation, extremelly fast, and very curteous. If I were able, I would rate them higher than excellent. I am very pleased with the help they offered. These guys worked hard the entire time. Not once did I see them standing around. Their attitudes were positive in a contageous way. If I use this company again, I would schedule around their availability. I am also pleased with the assistance of the office staff. Not only were they able to accomodate my move on short notice, but they were also able to reschedule my move two days before the original move date. Tjey called a few times before the move, during the move, and after the move to ensure everything was going well and went well.

I had an awesome experience with the company, Two Men and a Truck! The phone operator, Christina, was so sweet and helpful, sheandacirc;??s the main reason I decided to go with this company. The movers Marcus and Anthony were very professional and nice and worked quickly. I would definitely recommend using this company!

Office staff exceptional and friendly. Responsive at order, along the way, day of, and follow up after move. They even quickly responded to emails! The andquot;flat feeandquot; was unclear to me as I thought that just meant that I was assessed a flat fee of $130/hour not $130 plus the hourly rate of $130. No other Two Men and a Truck has done that to me before and I have used them 4 X before this move.
Movers were nice/professional and took good care of our things. I do think they over used the plastic wrap (hard on environment). At times seemed to be moving slowly to assess the situation (they kept asking me what needed to be moved and I told them 3 X, andquot;everything you seeandquot;)/ where to put things. It seemed they were trying to add time thus cost. This move was more expensive than any previous.

My entire experience, both this time and last, was that Two Men and a Truck hires good people and trains them well. As a result, everyone I interacted with was courteous, professional and efficient. I was particularly impressed with the two men who came on-site for the actual move. (My memory escapes me...perhaps Charles and D'Angelo?) They were efficient, friendly, professional...and delightful.

The team that helped me during my move were amazing. I told them my unusual situation and they accommodated my needs to the fullest. They all had great attitudes as well

Both of the movers did an excellent job. The move went way better than I could have imagined. I will definitely be using two men and a truck the next time I need to move.
