The movers were excellent, very professional, polite, courteous, friendly and a happy team.
As they arrived, we went over the paper work, and they immediately started wrapping the furniture and loading the truck. The moved was very smooth and fast,
After completing the moved, I even got a hug from one of the movers, it can't get any friendlier than that!! Excellent team, highly recommend!!!!!

In sixteen years of military moves, this was BY FAR the best move ever. Not a single thing was broken (yes, in past moves with gov contracted companies, something has been broken in every move).
The crew was awesome. Professional, courteous, and efficient. They treated our move like their own. They answered questions. They used floor/door/wall protectors in our home. I did not have to keep them on task, or wonder how many breaks they would be taking throughout the job, or listen to profanities or inappropriate conversations (which have been problemswith other companies used).
The office staff was friendly and more than helpful. Due to unforseen circumstances, our move date changed SEVERAL times over a week long period, and they accommodated us each time without hesitation.

Everything would have been marked excellent but the men left the headboard loose. Threre are two large bolts that hold the headboard to the side rails, other than that they did a good job.

My moving team was very friendly. Even though my boxes and items were dusty and dirty from being in storage they didn’t complain. They were well prepared and were very efficient.

Robin in the office was awesome!!! She was willing to work with me when my date kept changing and was always friendly. The guys who did the physical move were great!

The cost estimate was fair. The moving team arrived on time. They were efficient and asked questions when appropriate. The office called to see how things were moving along. All made it an easy move. This was one of my best experiences in over 23 moves!

Johnny and the crew took great care to assure that none of our pieces or the property were damaged. We were not prepared for their arrival to the extent I wish we had been, but they worked with us to compensate, and made excellent use of the time available.

I had a very good experience with the company. I'm planning a big move in a couple of years, and I will be looking at this company to be my choices in moving companies. They were so professional. I had a situation with one of the pieces that needed to be moved they spent some quality time trying to help me and when it was deemed impossible to be moved. They gave me alternative methods to rectify my situation, which I found to remarkable and that's what I feel good business practice is. Again I was truly satisfied. Other moving companies turned me away because what I needed of them wasn't a big enough move to get a lot of money from me. I reminded them I will be moving in 2 years and will be looking for moving companies. And they won't be picked. Thank you, 2 men and a truck.

I was very pleased with the services by the office & service team. Office staff were courteous & professional in explaining services. Service team did a great job in loading and unloading, extremely polite & well mannered. Set up furniture & hooked up appliances quickly and properly and with care. I would definitely use their services again & recommend this company to family & friends.
