Team was very courteous. Was a little late for their appointment but called, which is good by me. Did everything asked of them without any kind of complaining. I gave them all some water and can drinks and they were very appreciative.

Two Men and Truck was recommended to me on Nextdoor (a social media app). The crew did an outstanding job. One thing I think you could do better at is explaining the estimate and the crew schedule. Regarding the estimate, it seems that there is a lot of detail involved if the customer does it online or if the consultant does it in person (I ended up doing both). However, if I understand it correctly, the whole cost is based on labor & truck time, plus packing materials, and possibly special charges for heavy items. I think you need to communicate that more clearly. Also, there was a lot of "back & forth" about whether a second truck was needed for my move. This was unnecessarily stressful. If you don't know how many trucks, just tell me it will be determined on move day.

They did a good job of moving
1st thing I have scheduled for moving on 15th June and never called back until I go ask about move they said can’t do as I haven’t paid deposit- I was upset at least if they made a call I might have paid- it wasted 1 week of my time ,lot of commute everyday
But handled furniture poor- damaged dining table and coffe table, none of my furniture was wrapped properly and was in the estimate
And left lot of stuff at my place , I have to go back again to get all my belongings.
They have said on Saturday the operations manager will call back no one called yet regarding the damages

I would reccomend this company to anyone needing this service. Movers were professional and efficient. Office staff was very accommodating and professional. I would use them again and recommend them.

Overall experience was good. The office staff and moving team were punctual. The team however could have done a better job with lamp shades. (I ended up having to move several lamp shades on my own and this was an interstate move.). Also, organization of furniture/ box placement could have been better in the truck. Items looked “tossed in” with yard furniture on top of household goods/furniture.

Everyone showed up on time and in great attitude. Very Professional. The job was more than expected and a second crew arrived within hours and everyone pulled together to help move this client. I will use again!

The moving team was courteous and they did an excellent job. They also exceeded my expectations by making the move happen in less time than anticipated. One thing I must say is that the prices are too high, but, I was still very satisfied with my services.
