Customers should be advised in order to stay within the estimate provided one must keep track of time or have movers stop at or before time given at estimate so that the customer is not surprised with extra expenses.

My furniture has dings and dents and my walls were destroyed in both houses previous and current. my bed was put Together by the movers and my husband and I fell while sleeping at 3 am 3 days after it was put back together by the movers. I called customer service to inform them however no one has called me back. I am very disappointed. The slats on my bed broke during the fall.

Experience was exceptional from start to finish. Our lead mover was top notch - professional, friendly, experienced. This same team moved my son 2 weeks prior and did such a good job that I requested them.
