The two men who came to move my furniture were great! They were professional and took care with my furniture and my house. We are incredibly thankful for their expertise in figuring out how to get the big pieces safely moved and place in our new house. Thank you so much!

My washer and dryer was damaged (bent). The movers were terrible. The lead mover made us sign first, then he started the clock. He talked for 45 minutes to over an hour. I paid $140.00 just to hear him go over the rules. I should be reimbursed!

I was told three movers would be arriving to move my piano up a flight of stairs. I thought three was risky given the weight of the piano and was very disturbed when only two movers arrived. I expressed my concern but the lead gentleman insisted they could do it. I believe it was simply luck that they performed the task without one of them being crushed under the weight of a piano falling on them in the stairwell. Your organization should care enough about your customers items to send the appropriate number of movers but, more importantly, should care more for the safety of it's employees.

Hi Amy, as we said on the phone, we appreciate your care and concern for our movers. Although your move was originally scheduled for 3 men, when we had one that was unavailable to work, we did check with our two team members who are both very seasoned experienced professionals, and they assured us that they could get it done. I am glad we were able to move your piano without any damages and were able to exceed your expectations for us with the Two Movers we sent.
