Ricky and his team were amazing. They were friendly, courteous, professional, and did the job in just four hours instead of the estimated six. Nothing was damaged. They even helped us move some furniture pieces around in our new home that weren't part of the actual move. I would highly recommend them.

I moved from a 2nd story apartment into a ground level townhome. I was looking for a local company with a good reputation for care with my belongs. The office staff responded promptly to questions I had. The 3 movers who came were excellent. Their experience in moving ranged from 2 years to 13 years. They understood the mechanics of how to make a move go smoothly. They were professional, friendly, and courteous. They explained some things they could not do and even were willing to move items around to my satisfaction at the new house. Please relay my sincere appreciation to the team that came and went above and beyond in job performance.

I really wanted to give a good review, but I simply cannot say that I had an overall good experience.

I chose this company for moving and storage services, and though the staff (both office and moving) were all very kind and accommodating, I ultimately received my items in an unacceptable condition. Not only were they covered in dust, there were LIVING insects (spiders and beetles) and insect eggs all over my items (both on the cardboard boxes and INSIDE any crevices or exposed parts of my other items. I do not know if the storage itself is outsourced or not, but I chose this service because it was advertised as clean and pest-free storage as well.
In addition, the truck used to transport my items was dirty, and my items were put in the truck as-is, without being covered in advance.
