This is my first time using a moving company and it was a great experience. They took so much off my hands and was an easy process once they came to move my things. My belongings were transported safely. I would definitely use them again if I needed help.

Office team, at first, was missing w/ no one answering the home for 90 min mid day. Odd.
Later I tried again (closer to EOD) and got someone super.
Group crew had superservice.
I'm a repeat cust. Price was high. Right at the edge of me inviting other companies.
In the end, 5/5.

The service was beyond excellent, it was exceptional! From the customer service, response, the moving team and follow-up, they were all exceptional! I highly urge anyone who is moving, rearranging, or just relocating to give Karen and the Durham Team to give your strongest consideration. We'll be using them again on our next move.
