Had the A team. Couldn't have been more pleased. Already recommended to someone in my office.

I want to praise both the workers you sent yesterday. They came on time and worked very quickly and efficiently. Both Carol and I were very appreciative of their efforts. We'd highly recommend them in the future.

1. The original scheduled time is 1 pm, the crew did not come until 4:30 pm. 2. The moving broke one of my wheel chairs and did not even say sorry. 3. I called the office and the office said the moving crew will help me pack but when they come they refused to help me pack.
4. Because I did not finish packing and it was late (6pm), the moving crew did not finish moving all my stuff and just run to their truck and say we will see you at your new address. When I come back to my old apartment, I still have two very heavy boxes to carry myself then I called some friends to help me move the remaining stuff.
5. When it comes to signing the documents, the moving crew did not give me enough time to read and just called me to sign then they leave. They attitudes were pretty bad.

Our moving experience as a whole was less than ideal, but Two Men and a Truck were the easiest part of the process. I called them the day before we needed them to come out to unload our moving truck and they had more than one team with availability the following day. The guys who came out to help were polite, accommodating and took very good care of our belongings. The only issue was I had requested to have a 3 men team come to the house, but only 2 were available. When I got a call in the morning to ask about the experience I shared this with the woman and she immediately credited my account for the labor that did not make it out. Also, if you have an afternoon time slot make sure your timeline is flexible by an hour or so. Overall, this company is great and I would use them again.

The moving men were superb !! They wrapped furniture and carefully packed everything !! They cared for your stuff. Friendly and wonderful !!

I cant remember their names, but the three movers we had were great! Very friendly, and courteous. They worked fast yet carefully. I'll definitely use them for a move in the future.

The moving team was so efficient, did the move in record time, handled all items with utmost care, and so professional! And pleasant, friendly, and helpful.

The movers were extremely polite, courteous, and professional. They were very careful in moving the furniture and saw to it that each piece was well secured before exiting our home and when placing in storage pod. We’ll request the same team when it’s time to return the futrniture to our home. Great job!

I was very pleased with this move. The movers were courteous, professional, took extra care with my furniture and my home and made sure that all the items were properly placed in my new home. I would highly recommend Two Men & A Truck.
