The office and moving staff were professional, friendly, and efficient. I loved how easy it was to get a quote through the website. Moving day could not have been easier or less stressful!

Guys really worked hard but truck was late arriving. Some confusion with what crew was coming as first call was from crew going to Apex. We have discovered that we are missing a 16 inch wine table top that came off its base. Very important that this be found. The confusion from the office on Oct. 28 and the loss of that top is why ratings were "good".

If you are going to hire non natural born Americans, at least make sure they have a good command of the English language. Inability to converse with them is the prime reason they broke my computer desk, bookcase and shelves in my china cabinet. I am extremely upset about this and will not be recommending your services to anybody that asks about using you.

We moved out of our home while our new home was being built. The team that moved us out of the home - 18 mo ago - was fabulous. The team that moved us back into the new home - recently - was adequate... no more. Additionally, the trucks they used to move were leaking and dripped oil all over a freshly poured concrete slab. Very annoying and disappointing.

The office team went all out for me. The movers were very accommodating. However, they were extremely negligent with my stuff. The home was dinged up from the move. At least one of my furniture items was completely destroyed. Another one was in rough shape. The dresser they destroyed is going into the trash.

Overall the moving team was great. However, they broke my binds and promptly acknowledged it.
I called the office and submitted a claim form. I still have to heard anything back.

We had several items that were scratched during the move process. We were told when we scheduled that all items would be wrapped and that we would be charged a materials fee. I have no problem with this, however all items were not wrapped including a $4000 brand new kitchen table that now has two scratches in the top of it. Couches and chairs were not wrapped and completely covered in dirt from being inside the moving truck. There is also a hutch that was not wrapped enough and the wrapper tore and where it tore it scratched all the wood finish off of it. We are now waiting to move back in our house but cannot until the damage claim gets resolved. I have not heard anything from anyone yet. Will definitely not be using services again if this is not resolved appropriately.

We had one item get broken in the move. My charcoal grill has a plastic table attached to it, which was broken in half. Strangely enough, I saw this was one of the last items loaded, so it was surprising.

during my move there was damage to my property which is damaged walls and doorway. Moving is very stressful as is. Now even thought I filed damage Claim report (associated with order 0124-000053178) and lead to expect that damage will be repaired I need to find additional time to deal with this issue. I sincerely hope that the repairs will be of satisfactory quality and be done in timely manner.

movers were scheduled to arrive at 3:00, and that time was confirmed in advance. After waiting on site for over an hour without any notice, I called the office to confirm the moving teams arrival status. They informed me that the team was running late, and they would need to get some food before arriving. They arrived at 4:30. Appeared to be in a rush to finish the last move of the day. Got stuff in the truck, then delivered to my house across town. Did not offer to wear shoe covers for my carpeted areas inside the house or lay down any protection for dirty shoes. Also broke the glass out of an antique display case during the move. They apologized for that, but should not have occurred. I have a property damage claim to process for the damage.
