2 hours late, 2 trucks broke down, movers had to hand move all appliances (no equipment to help move) 4 pieces of furniture have major scratch’s. Washing machine has busted water pump on bottom, refrigerator scratched. One truck broke down when pulling up to home to unload. Movers had to take additional time walking and unloading from the road. 3 of the 4 people were very hard workers. 1 was �
