Zec (?) Hunt and Terrance Andrews were very helpful and kind!

I've used Two Men and a Truck before and have had nothing but wonderful things to say. But this time I was bummed! We hired TM&AT for a small move to a new office. We weren't allowed in the new space in until 4pm. When I told the office staff this, they assured me the team would arrive at 3. So when the movers called at 12 telling me they were ready, I had to remind them that they couldn't show up until 3. Flash forward to 3,3:15,3:30,3:45 - no movers. Not until I called the office was I told they'd "send someone by 4:30." Very frustrating. My movers arrived at 4:45 and were truly wonderful. While overall it was a good experience, office communication stunk. PM appts are apparently a "window" of time - not an exact appt. Not mentioning left me with incorrect expectations.

I loved Sherrod and Fred so much from a previous move, that I requested them again for this one. This is the third time I've used Two Men and Trunk and will use them again if/when I move.

We used your services for a prior move and were very pleased with your crew. When we needed to move our son into an apartment we decided to use your company again. We were just as pleased as the first time. Your staff and crew were completely professional and did an excellent job!

The office staff was great. The moving team was ok. Nice enough, but didn't make me or my wife feel as comfortable as moving team in the past have. They spoke a lot of spanish around my wife, that didn't appear to be move related. That made her a little uncomfortable not knowing what they were saying. Most importantly, they accidentally ripped a hole in our couch that is very hard to hide as it is the corner of the couch that faces the rest of the house. I think it might have happened while they were removing tape/wrap with a box cutter? Or maybe it go cut somewhere on the truck. Not sure, but it was very disappointing. We don't have money to buy a new couch right now, so we are just stuck with it.

I was promised a specific time but was not fulfilled. I had to call the office twice. Then, when my furniture finally got picked up the team missed my house twice. The furniture was really heavy for just two people and I felt bad for the guys. They did their best and I had to help a little which was ok. My furniture got messed up from moving maybe because it was too heavy and not enough man power to support it. But all in all my experience was ok.

One of the movers appeared to be intoxicated. He was not wearing a uniform shirt, he was wearing a tank top under shirt. The crew that moved us out of the house was not the same crew that unloaded at the destination, because one of the guys on the original crew said he had a Doctors appointment and left and was replaced by a second crew. The leg on the bedroom dresser was damaged, and the second crew blamed it on the first crew. The move took way too long for the small amount of furniture. I called the office to complain, I was told one of the supervisors would call me back and that never happened. I would never recommend this company to anyone based on that experience.

Two Men and a Truck helped with another family move and we were very pleased with all services provided and the helpful, knowledgeable staff. We will always choose Two Men and a Truck first for all of our moving needs.
