very professional

I had a great experience using TM&AT to unload my 16" pod container, which was completed in an hour.
My two movers were professional, friendly & careful, everything was explained to me before they began & documented. Additionally, I am a female who was alone in the apartment with my two movers and I never felt unsafe. In fact I gave them each a hug when they left.

I needed some things moved from a friend's home to mine, and some things moved around my home. Your services fit the bill perfectly! Everyone I interacted with at your company was helpful and professional, and the service provided was just as promised. I especially appreciated the movers' patience when I changed my mind on a couple of things, causing them to move things more than once. I have already recommended Two Men and a Truck to a friend, and won't hesitate to call again the next time I need help moving things around!

Over all it went ok. There should have been 3 men for the move due to my furniture being heavy.
The movers didn’t come prepared with tools to take my furniture apart. I had to try and find someone with a wrench in my apartment complex.
The two men worked their butts off!

I had to move twice in a week and I hired these guys for both jobs. They were quick, efficient, courteous, and on time. Beginning to end, my fully furnished one-bedroom apartment was moved in an hour and a half both times. They're also a little cheaper than their competitors, so there's nothing left to ask for.

My movers were professional and personable. They did a great job packing and moving my items in a timely fashion. The only issue I had with the move was the timing of my deliver from North Carolina to Washington, DC. My items were sharing the truck with a client who was moving to New York City and while my items were initially supposed to be delivered the following morning before they went to NYC, in order to accommodate the other client's schedule my items were not delivered until after they unloaded in NYC. The movers were very responsive and made sure what was happening ever step of the way, but it did result in me losing of day of unpacking and getting settled because my items were not ultimately delivered until 3p rather than the 9a I had planned for.

As I was deciding on movers and needed professional men to help me, Two Men and A Truck came to mind. I contacted my local company and asked questions about the men that work for them and was assured from the Sales Manager that these men are trained and well qualified to take care of my long distance move. I was not disappointed, they were professional, on time, and worked hard from the beginning to the end. I am very pleased and have told many of my friends that this company is the one to go with.

Overall, my experience was acceptable.
What really disappointed was the fact that care/attention to my property was lacking: We found wardrobe boxes with collapsed crossbars and multiple boxes where the contents (dress shoes, electronics...) were tossed in without protection.

From the first call through the follow-up call every person I worked with was professioan and helpful. On moving day there were no surprises. Everything they promised was delivered And more. The moving crew (Raheem & Matt) were very professional and a pleasure to work with. Our move was over the two hottest days of the year and yet they both kept a positive attitude and never slowed down. Thank you for the outstanding service.
