Mover broke the leg off of one of my tables during the move. The mover was very apologetic and full responsibility. There was no outreach from the office staff. So I had to contact the office staff after the move. Office staff offered no apology. Said he would send a form for me to complete and send back to them so they would determine what they would do. No emotion. He did not express a caring attitude. I was very dissatisfied with the seemingly non-caring attitude of the office personnel.

Mover was rude and arrived two hours early; complained when I asked him to wait until I was done. Insisted on getting started; even walked upstairs to start before I said no. We have a dog that is scared of people; were waiting for a friend to pick him up before the move started. Later, complained to the manager that we were not done packing. Dropped an expensive sofa chair, heard a large crack. Have not had a chance to inspect it for damage. Pulled out a cabinet with poles on top that toppled to the ground. I asked him to be careful. He responded “I’ve been doing this for 17 years, I know what I am doing.” At new home, mattress is currently downstairs and washer/dryer are in the garage instead of inside. The overall experience was good however, our neighbors mailbox was hit and my toolbox door was broken. The claim process seems as though it could be faster than 30 days.

I used your company to move the same household and furniture from Fayetteville to a similar floor type town-home, that I moved this time. I was very happy and satisfied with moving skill of the movers. They delivered and organized my furniture in the most efficient way without any damage.
This it was totally the opposite. The movers did not have the skill. They stacked up my furniture on top of each other and they damage the furniture and household item. The did not move two queen size box frame to the second floor and wasted a lot of time. They bundled a futon with its mattress and created a giant package that could not be moved while it could be easily moved in two or three piece if they had the skill. I have complained and I am waiting for some resolution to my dissatisfaction

The working crew worked very hard. They were great to work with. We would definitely use them again.

The two guys that moved me were great! So efficient, speedy and ensured that all of my belongings were well wrapped up so there wouldn’t be any damages. They were actually funny and really down to earth too. This helped make a stressful day a lot more tolerable. They seemed to really like their job! The lady over the phone was very informative as well. Definitely will use this company in the future!

We moved from NC to MO. I planned to hire a "long-distance" company. Quotes were all under $2000 and the sales people were so upbeat. Then I learned more about the industry. I checked the NDOT website and read reviews. I learned that most are brokers, not carriers. When I learned your company does interstate moves, I recalled the 3 times we used TMT (instate moves). To be honest, I was shocked by the cost: almost $6000. But I weighed the variables (two men loading, driving directly to MO, and delivering) with the others (offloading to subcarriers and taking days or weeks to deliver), I was sold. I realized the others lied (every one claimed to be a carrier, not a broker) and they dissed competitors by name. Your office people were clear, honest, and very helpful. Your two men were A+
