We purchased a home and used Two Men and a Truck. We had used your company before and were happy with the previous results, but after this recent move,we will never use your company again.
No issues with the office staff.
The movers showed up without the tools they needed to work. They damaged our new hardwood floors and left damages to 2 of our beds. These beds had never been moved before and were assembled in our old townhouse. We questioned how they were working without the needed tools. We kept hearing our furniture being dropped and slammed. I was very upset during the move.
One of the movers was more interested in talking than working and was very unprofessional.
The hardwood flooring and the beds will need to be repaired.

Excellent service from the point of initial call, scheduling and moving. The entire experience was positive. Our movers were professional, very mannerly, and thoughtful. They took great care in moving everything and placing in new residence. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Two Men And A Truck!

Andy and Ramon were exceptional. They were courteous, efficient, timely, professional, careful, and treated my move like it was their own. They were always available to answer questions and accepted any specific requests I made, such as storing pictures at front of storage unit. They packed my things with special care and moved them with the same care. They efficiently stored my items and saved me money by placing all items in one storage instead of two. They absolutely knew what they were doing!!!! I would recommend this crew for anyone!!!!!!

Julian and Jarard did an exceptional job in moving me- however they were not provided the correct tools to get the job done in an efficient manner. The truck was 2/3 filled when they arrived with someone else's belongings. I was very specific when I arranged my move with how much I had. They were given a queen mattress bag instead of a king bag. These things added stress and additional time to my move. Since you charge by the hour you should provide proper equipment to do the job efficiently.
