The service was exceptional, and I've already recommended them to my wife for another move. My only "4 star" was the office experience, because I felt like I wanted additional communication / confirmation of the move. Obviously everything went smoothly, but when I didn't hear anything for a few weeks I was nervous that something would go wrong.

The team was great! Very efficient and friendly. I never felt like they were trying to “extend the clock” and they even helped me figure out the best furniture configuration in my house!

Our master bed was set up without the supports in the middle. My wife and I fell through the bed in the middle of the night.
They did the same thing in my daughters room after I inspected all the other beds. Luckily my daughter didn’t fall through.
