Needed help moving a treadmill and elliptical upstairs. The crew arrived on time, introduced themselves and got to work. Completed move without damage to my home or the exercise equipment. Will definitely use them again

Great service as always, would be nice if the estimating process resulting cost could be closer to the final price, although I'm not sure how that could be achieved without a personal visit.

Previously had a great experience with the company but this time the actual move was bad. The movers broke furniture and did not take care on the move, then when noting to the admin team it has taken over 7 days for responses and responses we have had are not personalised and seem like standard copy and paste responses

The team of Randy, Zeus and I believe his name was Jay were very organized and had their area's of responsibility planned out, which made the move quick and smooth.

The crew was friendly and polite, but there was way too much horsing around and socializing. I have had many moves in the past and by far this was the slowest crew I’ve ever seen. This should have been a 5-5.5 hour job max. Yet, they took the entire 7.5 hours and charged me an additional hour for travel. Very disappointed with the quote. I was quoted $1800 and the final bill was $2700. Unacceptabl

Tthe moving team was outstanding. jay was the leader. The move was being billed by the hour so it was great that the team was amazingly fast.
