Very expensive for a basic move

I appreciated so much the help you all provided for my recent move. Booking was so easy and the office staff very helpful and quick. Terrance, Antonie, Rob and Cederick were a fantastic team and so helpful and efficient, and took great care of my belongings. They were also just wonderful to work with. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Packing service was awful. T
showed up for 3 hours, charged for 4 and left 40% of things not packed causing great stress on moving day. I Left very few things hanging to go in a hanging box and somehow they still crumpled my wedding dress and formal clothes into a small box rather than leaving them hanging (?!)

Movers (different crew) were very nice and helpful but the two packers ruined this

The experience was great and I am extremely satisfied with the service received. From the office team to the moving team everyone was courteous and professional. Mike was great to work with. Raphael and Ramon are incredible. They go above and beyond. It doesn’t matter what you ask them, they are willing to help. They never make you feel like you are asking too much. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a seamless move.

Our crew consisted of LaDerrick, AJ, Mardonio, Nazir, and Jeremiah. They were professional, efficient, knowledgeable, careful, and hard working! They moved the entire contents out of our very large home and into our new home in a little over 8 hours. It was a pleasure to meet them. Their professionalism and personalities are a positive reflection on the company.

Honestly a great experience from start to finish. Details were laid out thoughtfully and clearly. The moving team was an absolute delight, Ronal, Ramon and Dylan made the whole experience fun and efficient. We did have one broken box from the storage unit going on to the truck but they promised not to tell my mom :) Y’all are the best decision I’ve made in 2024. Thank you!
