We understand the need to keep our customers’ belongings protected from start to finish during every move, and this is why each of our employees completes extensive training before ever going on a service call. Each mover and driver takes a four-day training course to learn the ins and outs of the job, utilizing our state-of-the-art training facility to help them gain experience with hoisting furniture up and down stairways and around tight corners. The training doesn’t stop there! All team members are required to attend monthly safety meetings to stay up-to-date on the best practices, ensuring they are informed on all the proper techniques of moving.

We’re here to help you every step of the way when it comes to booking your next move. It’s our job to take the stress out of moving, and this starts with getting a detailed estimate from one of our moving coordinators.
They will talk through every aspect of your move to provide the most accurate moving estimate. From finding out what your move date is to determining the location of your move, completing a full inventory list, finding out if items are in storage or need to be stored, determining how many boxes are needed, what specialty items are being moved, and if you need packing services – all of this gathered information will determine an estimate for your move. Your move may also be charged by the hour or by weight and mileage, which we’ll cover with you and email you a copy of your estimate.

Storage Solutions for your move
Moving is not always straightforward. There are often delays or instances where you need to store some items for some time. This is why we built a 55,000-square-foot storage warehouse to accommodate your belongings for as long as you need. The facility is climate-controlled, and all items are arranged in secure wooden vaults for maximum protection. Our team will pick up your items, carefully pack them in your personalized storage vault, and provide you with an inventory list to ensure nothing is missed. Once you’re ready to receive your items, call us, and your TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Charlotte team will personally deliver the items to your new location.
