Perry and Philip were excellent. Professional, friendly , on time and handled every item with the highest care. They answered all my questions, called prior to arrival and made a smooth, seemless move for my mom to move into our home. I would highly recommend them and your company to a friend.

Weird that the local office emailed me before I got this survey to separately solicit a 5 star rating and ask for direct feedback. Feels like they're trying to sneak extra 5 star ratings behind corporate's back.
Movers were good overall. But they didn't wear shoe coverings, and one of the 3 was a bit careless with my boxes, carrying a few upsidedown, ignoring my MANY messages written on it.

Very happy with the men moving us. They had 2 apartments and one and a half storage units to move in one day. They were very professional, wrapped everything great, and handled the awkward spots with ease. There was no confusion on what needed to be done and how to do it. We really trusted them. The 2 men who moved me were excellent!! Hayden & Brent were very pleasant, efficient, quick & a joy to see they enjoyed their job!! They were on time, answered any questions we had. If I had to move again, I would certainly request them , if at all possible. The 2 girls I spoke with were not at all pleasant, appeared to be put out with my questions & made mistakes on my name & address.
