Everyone from the office staff to the movers were courteous, professional, and friendly. They made every effort to accommodate us with prompt service. I would never move and not use Two Men and a Truck.....they are the best.

I was overcharged for very slow service. The guys moved at a snail's pace.
They forgot 6 boxes, forgot to move my fridge. When came time to move the fridge, they scuffed the floor, scratched the paint off the doors, muddy hand prints on the wall. They couldn't figure out how to get the fridge out of the laundry room (i got it in with no trouble!). It was taken out in pouring rain ( you should never store a fridge that is wet on the inside). I have no idea what kind of condition my fridge will be in when i finally retrieve it. Almost had a near disaster with moving the piano. One of the movers was a rookie/new to this. So on my dime, they trained a new person. Will not use this company again for future moves.

The overall move was good; however, you should strongly consider a representative to come to the location for a live estimate. The estimate the representative provided me over not estimated correctly as far as the price. This would also to ensure the timeframe and if there should be more than two men for a job
