Most furniture was wrapped but not a few pieces. had small loss of veneer on antique piece. One gentleman smelled strongly. They worked very quickly.

Quote was inaccurate & misleading, but I chose to him and a truck because I had to use them multiple times in the past. On the day of the move the team did not show and I did not receive a phone call. I called and spoke to my original CSR who basically told me the crew had wrecked the car and would not be showing up. I then had to speak to supervisor to find an alternative plan to keep my pack and move on schedule. I was not offered any compensation for the inconvenience. Packers came on Tuesday and work very hard. They came again Wednesday finish packing and loaded the truck. We had overflow and would require a second trip on the day of the move. On Friday The movers came and worked very hard to unload And go back for final items. The quoting and billing is horrible & not explained

Everything went well with the move. Your workers were very careful with my things - both loading and unloading. They were well mannered and worked hard all day.

Have used yout services before with excellent results. The packing crew was a nightmare. Came poorly prepared with not enough packing paper (I donated a great deal which I had obtained from a relative whose business requires shipping & receiving) They ran out of packing paper & proceeded to pack using the plastic/clinging stuff. They failed to pack any pots, pans & glass cookware. Number of items were placed in boxes without any packing paper. The following morning the loaders arrived & discovered what had been overlooked. Upon arrival at destination & upon departure of team it was discovered by the TV hook up person that one (1) TV, 37" had a busted screen. The team that arrived to my house was on time, got everything done quickly and on time and was courteous with all my belongings.

The three guys who moved us had very positive attitudes and worked all day. It was a long hard day and they never seemed to mind. We appreciated it. Moving is such a traumatic day it is nice to have a crew that is there to get the job done.
