My door frame is damaged from drivers trying to move sofa into bedroom. Quality control guy tagged me to email for vendor to fix after texting him pictures of the damage. Called a few days later because I had not heard from vendor. The guy said i would be contacted by end of week... it is now Friday (end of week) and no one has contacted me. I was moved 7/16 and informed company of damage 7/17 in the am. I will be sharing my experience across the internet and with others. I hope to get my door fixed soon.

I felt at ease knowing they had ever under control. They were on time and made sure all my furniture went were I wanted it. Also, true gentleman. Items left behind and had to request men go back and get remaining items. Attitude changed from pleasant to annoyed. 1st move (2 bedrooms) locations were over 30 minutes apart
2ndmove (1 bedroom) is less than a 1/4 of a mile and took just as long.
