Travon and Raymond were so helpful. They were the best movers I’ve had and I’ve moved tons of times.

The move went well. The movers were professional. My only initial issue was the cost, as I was only moving one piece of furniture. I was quoted a truck minimal amount, and an hourly rate for the two men as well. It took another phone call for me to be made aware that the truck rate is as is, but the hourly rate is a quote and is reduced, or increased based on 15 minute increments. My two guys took just over 30 minutes. I was OK with being charged for 45 minutes as they provided good quick service. But did not like that I had to call back the next day to get the bill adjusted, not sure why they could not have been done in the field. All in all the move went well. Rate was updated to reflect the use. Thank you!
