The movers arrived on time. We did a walk thru to explain what moves, etc. The team began and were doing great packing everything. When we arrived at our new home, the movers started without doing a walk thru. It seemed like they were in a big rush and I finally had to have a conversation with them to slow down. I asked them to also use the front door to avoid hitting the walls coming through the garage, but they said it was closer. My home is brand new and I repeatedly asked them to watch the walls to no avail. I will have to retouch many places now. After they left, we have discovered boxes in the kitchen that were labeled upstairs, boxes in the garage labeled kitchen, etc. So now, we are moving boxes. Luckily, only a bed and a large jewelry chest have scratches on them.

I was originally supposed to have 2 movers and ended up with a third mover for free, which was great. Two out of the three movers were polite and open where as the third mover was rude short and acted like he didn't want to be there. But overall they did a great job, moved fast and got the job done.

We had an excellent experience with our Team on Saturday, January 12th. However, there are some things we need to bring up.
1. We had 5 guys on our team, however there seemed to be some disparity between the experience and ability of 2 of the members compared to the other 3. Specifically one team member really was overwhelmed with the entire move, and I witnessed him dropping a cabinet on my front porch as he was wiping his head. The other guys were somewhat supportive, but did get aggravated with him.
2. The team spent alot of time wrapping furniture which is certainly important, but this caused a substantial delay in getting to our new house. The team didn't get there until 5:30 pm. With it being dark, and a challenging driveway this just took more time.

The office staff responded promptly and answered all my questions. The price turned out to be lower than quoted which made me very happy. The movers were friendly and clearly explained the process. They were cautious in making sure my furniture and living spaces were not damaged. They were very happy go lucky and seemed to enjoy their job. They made a very stressful day and situation a lot easier. I would definitely recommend the services to friends and family.

My team arrived and were 100% professional. They explained everything and were amazingly efficient. They took the care of my property like it was their own. Your Company should be very proud of their employees. I have nearly completed unpacking and nothing has been damaged or broken. We are still talking about our service! Thank you!

It was hard to get customer service on the line as it always said everyone was busy. However, they did call back and we set a time. I was told emails would be sent to confirm everything. I waited a day and called back about the emails and they were sent later that day. Jackie the CSR was great. The movers worked very hard and were on time. They were more concerned about placing items in the room rather than the placement of items in the room. I would use your firm again.

My experience with two men and a truck was excellent. I was over whelmed , moving not an easy task. They were prompt with arrival time . Samuel Byrd introduced himself and immediately explained everything at that point there was some relief I was able to breathe his assistants were nice as well. I will always use this company and in hopes I get the same team
If not I’m confident all employees are just as good as they were.

I can not say enough good things about the men who helped us. They arrived on time, were incredibly friendly, efficient and hardworking. It was a true pleasure! Jarvis and his crew are exceptional! There were so committed to doing a good job- it truly showed. They were incredibly kind!
