My overall experience was pretty good. From the quote process to receiving information and confirmations, it was spot on. The movers also arrived on time. I will say that i feel Mr. Samuels was a true expert! He knew exactly how to expertly wrap and move the furniture and came with solutions if there was a problem. The other two movers were relatively new so they worried me a bit more when they were moving things unsupervised. It was one movers second day and i don't feel like he acted as if he cared much for the safety of my items or damage while moving. He also smoked a lot so i kept smelling smoke in my place. Mr. Samuels was excellent though. A lamp was broken and he went above and beyond to buy me and deliver a new lamp the next day!

Jason Rose did an amazing job and I am very pleased with his help. However I was frustrated with Zach Hayes’ speed when packing my apartment and his attention to detail. I have a broken item which I am not too concerned about, but I was disappointed that this occurred. I am very pleased with the way the business handled the situation after Zach had left. They apologized, charged me an appropriate amount, and worked diligently.

Im missing valuable items. I have scratches on my floor and on some furniture

Was very dissatisfied with the office person because she only ordered one truck. She said we only needed one truck. She should have ordered two trucks. We questioned her about that and said, are you sure we only need one truck, is one truck big enough???
The men could not get everything on the truck and ran out of pads. We had to pack the rest of our stuff in a friends truck and our two cars. We also had to throw away some stuff we would have liked to keep because there was no more room on our vehicles.. We were moving 4 hrs away from our house. Lamp shades and other items were torn, and some things were broken because of carrying in our cars.
Our cars and our friends truck were packed full.
We were very satisfied with the two guys that moved us but not with the office staff!

I do have a claim that I will be filing for damages occurred during the first mover experience. However, the total experience with Two Men and a Truck was excellent in all phases of the moving experience.

Team worked hard and were friendly. Long hot day. Wrapped everything they could, very little left behind. They did leave two frame rails for my sons bed on the truck, resulting in my son not having a bed for two nights. We also found a 3” gash in the wall on the stairwell after movers left. Not sure if it could have happened with no one realizing they had done it. Waiting on action from company.

Great pack & moving crews. Professional, courteous and upbeat. I believe the Sales rep under estimated manpower and time required to complete the move. This resulted with and increased packing bill and I am really interested to see the move bill. On the quote I was provided for pack, manpower was 4 men/2 trucks/4.45 hrs. Actual was 5men/2trucks/6.25 hrs. On move quote it was 3 men/1 truck/10 hrs. Actual was 6 men/2 trucks/7.25 hrs.
There is damage caused by move crew to a wall in the detached garage. Damage claim paperwork was provided and I hope it will be fixed quickly as we’ve sold the house and new owners will want it fixed quickly.
Overall it seems to have been a successful evolution and we look forward to having brought to our new home.

The team that came were awesome. A glass shelf was broken, but I have already heard from the company to replace it!!!

My movers were great however the guys who stored my items didn’t take care of a couple items & they were damaged in the move.

Everything went well until my mattress was ripped and a few chips on the wall going upstairs. Other than that incident all else was good.
