Office staff didnt provide details about assembling of funiture therefore the movers discussed the policy with me. I thought I left a piece of funiture on their truck and when I called and to let them know twice I wasn't able to receive further information. Movers were excellent office staff could be more informative and more proactive.

The movers that came and loaded the truck were nice, but they did not follow the “Grandma Rule” as stated in their advertising. The movers broke our sons $1,500.00 bed, his dresser, our 1930’s China Hutch, they failed to deliver the entire contents of our belongings, and though we purchased the “Full Coverage Replacement” insurance, the claims facilitator Will Luts was difficult, argumentative, and did not want to do his job. Will Lutz was supposed to look at the damaged furniture, but never did, Will Lutz was to keep the damaged furniture at their facility to inspect the damage, but the day the furniture was delivered, the broken furniture was delivered to me.

We moved to a new home in February and used TMAAT, was a great experience, so used them again to move some things and was another great experience!

The two men were so nice and took such great care of my things. They were so polite and they respected my time. I really enjoyed working with them and my move was flawless.

I just used to literally carry one item upstairs and the cost was $250. It took the team literally 10 minutes including paperwork. Other than the high price it was a good experience.
