My movers were fantastic. They were professional and friendly and efficient. My negative experiences are more systemic. 1) The company should not only provide a 25'+ moving truck if I don't need it. This resulted in a lot of unnecessary difficulty at both addresses, slowing the process down, as well as harming a bush at the house. 2) The movers were backed up and showed up at 6pm instead of 2pm. When I reserved with the office, I reserved for 2pm. There was no available phone number so I was sitting around waiting with no information until the movers themselves were able to call me. When they did, they were transparent and empathetic. They were trying to complete their previous moves as quickly as possible so the responsibility of the communication should have been from the office. 3) I wi

The team who moved me were great. They took very good care of my belongings, wrapping everything so as to avoid damage. I had over a hundred boxes as I packed most of my house in small boxes and they cheerfully moved them all. Ron was a genius at packing a truck. I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck.

I was extremely satisfied with Two Men and a Truck. The men were very personable and conscientious with my items during the moving process. Thank you Fillmore, Haywood and E. Smith for a job well done. I would definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck to friends and family.

Michaela in your Charlotte office was most helpful. I called from Cleveland to arrange my daughter's move to a new apartment in Charlotte. She set everything up for a Saturday move, which we needed. Our three movers, whose last names were Galea, Tucker and Flynn, were terrific! They actually arrived a little early, which we appreciated. They were friendly, but worked extremely hard. They were so efficient the move was completed in far less time than my daughter and I anticipated. I would definitely use this team again for any moves my daughter has in the Charlotte area, and would recommend them to any prospective customer!!!

We had to move my elderly parents into an assisted living care apt. The .The professionalism and patience everyone had with two men and a truck was greatly appreciated.

The only reason I rated the office staff less than excellent is because I wanted to change the arrival time to a later time. The office staff told me it was changed, but it was never communicated to the movers, so they came 2 hours earlier than anticipated. All worked out though.

Workers were on time, friendly, and completed job within time frame specified.
