Samuels and Patton were very professional and friendly. Our move went very smoothly. They were on time. Their relaxed demeanor helped take moderate the stress associated with moving. The office staff could not have been nicer. They were always patient and helpful no matter what our questions were.Finally, there were no "hidden" charges. Everything was spelled out before the move began. Thank you.

Two of our walls were damaged in the move, as well as the front door. The gentleman who moved our rolling shelf left it locked which left streaks throughout the garage. They took 10-15 min. longer to reach the 2nd destination. I should not have paid for the last 15 min. bc they were lost. At one point, my husband and I had to help with moving the mattress bc they could not lift it properly.

I hired 3 people for my move to lower the time. On loading, only 2 people were doing to moving, the 3rd guy was the driver and the "boss".
More time was spent with the 3rd guy complaining about the stuff I was moving that was stored in outside storage (car port). "I have kids and a family, I don't want them to get sick" because there were stink bugs. then when unloading, he talked about tips

First - I am grateful that you still moved me during the craziness of COVID-19. My moving team, overall, was very good. There were several things they did not load on the truck and I am now having to move by myself. (tapped boxes or luggage) That has been frustrating... Especially when they asked and I told them specifically yes it was going.

I have used you 4 times before with no issues. This time the movers were horrible. Slow, disorganized, careless. So much damaged and broken items. I was shocked at how bad they were and just sobbed when they left and I saw the mess left behind. If this had been my first experience with you, i would never consider your company again but I’ve had great service in the past.

Wortham and Fegram did an awesome job! Very thorough in preparing furniture to be moved and very careful when moving the furniture. Wonderful customer service, business like when communicating about and signing the paperwork...overall great representatives of Two Men and Truck!
