Everyone was very professional but very personable throughout the entire process, from the first phone call until the guys left after completing the move. We were moving my mother in with us so you can imagine the emotional stress of a 91 year old losing her independence and the place she's called home for over 24 yrs. Sam and Marcus were so careful with her stuff and went way above and beyond.

The team showed up on time and got straight to it. Very professional. Even had an team member's back tighten up so they brought a new team member out to finish the job. I'll use them next (hopefully not too soon).

The guys were so careful with my furniture. They wrapped it so good. Several pieces were very old and heirlooms and they took very good care of it. They were very nice and seemed to enjoy their job.

The moving team was incredible and they went above and beyond to transport all my items quickly and safely. This was my second time using two men and a truck and I will be definitely using them again if I have to move in the future.

Nothing really to report but there are opportunities for improvement:
1) dresser fell down the stairs and is ruined, but I understand accidents happen.
2) It seemed like the job could have been done in less time than it took.

Crabtree and Colbert did an amazing job with our move on Saturday 5/23. We appreciate their patience with the road closures due to the storm the night before. They were able to move everything easily and quickly without any broken items or damage to either houses. Thank you for your help!
