The team was fantastic. I am missing a drop leaf table, it may be buried in the storage room. I am sure it was not left on truck, but just in case one is found, it is mine. The team were very professional as was the office.

Very frustrated. You sent a brand new employee who had no clue of the various grips and leverage techniques needed. The job took 2.5 hrs longer than it should have. My invoiced amount went from a $480 quote to $720. The trip charge was waived, but I felt like the lead mover deserved a tip. He was put in a tough spot. However, I was charged more than $100 more than planned, so I had no money left.

I was very pleased with my moving crew especially Samuels the leader of the crew. He was highly organized, very professional and really knew what he was doing. I was impressed with his ably to maneuver the truck in mountianous terrain. Samuel made me be at ease as he took every step to care for my furniture as if it belonged to his mother. I would most definitely use Two Men and recommend to all.

The TEAM of Burk, Caroll & Sid made parents move a BREEZE! These guys are a great team, worked extremely well together & with the folks helping my parents. Their appreciation & respect of Mom & Dad's belongings and even their interaction with Mom & Dad was exceptional. At the end of the day (11 hours total) the Team was still chipper, & had the "zoomies" (read...energy of youth)! LOVED THEM.

I was happy with everything except.I didn’t receive a call before arriving and the two workers had no booties. Also had minor scrapes on my wall going upstairs.

We sincerely apologize that they didn't call you to let them know that we were on the way, as that is part of our standard procedure. We do not allow our Movers to wear booties while on the job because it is a safety issue. If you would like for us to address your scrapes, please reach out to our Quality Control department and we will be happy to work with you on it.
