This was the best moving experience we have ever had. Everyone we worked with was polite and professional. However our moving team was exceptional we were so happy to have them in our home. They were careful with our things and just did a great job preparing the furniture before it was loaded. They listened to what we wanted and did anything we asked. So glad we chose Two Men And A Truck.

The crew did a good job moving the items from storage into my in laws new home. The big issue they had with the movers was that their precautions were taken given Covid19. The website stated keep customers safe and that was not the case. My inlaws are elderly l, so I paid out of my own pocket to have a cleaning crew go and clean everything to be on the safe side.

We're glad to hear that you were satisfied with our services. We completely understand your concerns for the safety of your in-laws. While we aren't able to sanitize every item that we move, we are keeping our customers safe in as many ways as we are able to achieve. Our Movers and Drivers have been instructed not to shake hands with customers, remain 6 feet away at all times, and to use hand sanitizer before and after every move. They have also been provided with gloves and masks, should they feel as if they can continue to perform a move safely while using them. We're glad to hear that they were friendly and professional! All of our employees are provided with gloves and masks. We do not require them to wear the masks since it can inhibit their breathing while exercising and can be a safety hazard in other respects. Our Movers and Drivers are advised to stay at least six feet away from our customers and to not shake hands to keep them safe.
