The crew was outstanding! The weather on our moving day was terrible...cold and rainy. Even under these conditions, the guys were friendly and worked hard to care for our furniture. Great team!

Excellent, efficient and pleasant move with Zach, Cody and Raymond. Weather was terribly rainy and cold and they touched it out for our move to a three story home. Heavy lifting and no complaining. Thank you for your professionalism and efficiency.

They dd not have the proper tools to dis-assemble a table after wrapping the item. We did not have any tools they were packed and so they told us that the item could not go. Any moving company should have proper tools and this was as item in the quote that was given so therefore the bill should be adjusted . The was left due to us having to be out and the walkthrough was that day and I had to turn the keys in and give up possession of the unit so I lost a piece of furniture.

Great experience over all. The only issue I had was I was quoted a price for 3 movers as that is what was recommended for the move by the operator. Then on moving day only 2 movers came. They did an excellent job, and they didn’t need a 3 person, however I was charged the price associated with the 3 mover quote.

I was not impressed with my movers as I was the first time I used this company. The movers moved at a very slow pace and told me they could not disconnect my washer and dryer because it wasn’t something they did, even though I was told by the office that this service was provided. When I mentioned this my movers said they did not have the proper tools so I had to leave them at my home to buy tools for them to disconnect my appliances. Upon leaving my second pick up location my movers left 15 minutes after I did, I know this because I stopped to use the restroom and once I finished they had not left yet. I am overall satisfied with the way my items were moved, but I was unsatisfied with my movers.
