The Office staff that assisted in setting up the movers was excellent and the movers did a wonderful job and maintained a positive attitude the entire time. We were promised a military discount and it was honored. It was a pleasant experience and i'm most appreciative.

The gentleman who moved my belongings were professional and personable which is important in this day and age. Customer experience is the only diffentiator companies have to stay competitive. I will need to move my belongings again in the near future and I will only use Two Men and a Truck if I can have the same team. They were great.

The two movers we worked with ruined our experience. They did not seem to be on the same page at all. The first one walked through our apartment and said that even though they only had 2 men instead of the planned 3, they should be able to finish things quickly. However, this move took the longest out of any I have ever done (this is my 4th move in 4 years) because the two movers argued the entire time. They cursed each other out, talked badly about each other, gave us differing information on what we could and couldn't do to help. Honestly, the whole situation was uncomfortable and frustrating. One mover would move objects/boxes into rooms I specifically said he didn't need to, as if he was trying to waste time. They were disrespectful and I will not be using 2 men and truck again.

The movers were so pleasant and courteous, and made our daughters move from one apartment to another so easy for us! They wrapped everything carefully and did an excellent job of moving things. They had the task of moving all the furniture and some packed totes, all the heavy stuff for us which is what we had requested they move. We will always use Two Men and a Truck as we have always had great experiences with your Charlotte and Greensboro locations!
