I was told that the movers would unhook and re-hook the washer and dryer. They didn't have the wrench to unhook the washer hose so they asked me to drive my car to Walmart to buy a wrench (he gave me $10.) It took an hour to drive my car in the rain and traffic, park in the rain, run through the rain, go to the back of the store, get a worker to recommend a wrench, call Two Men to ask if it was the right wrench, get a call back to say I needed a different wrench, check out and drive back home. The movers still couldn't disconnect the hose, and left it hanging in the wall. They broke off a knob from both washer and dryer, which are now unusable. Discounted me only an hour, but that wasn't a discount because they didn't work the hour that I burned my gas and time to buy a wrench!!!!!!!!

Damaged almost every single picture frame due to poor wrapping and handling. Calling office now for reimbursement

Two men and a truck provided all the services and timeline they promised. The staff in the office was friendly and professional and the moving crew (which consisted of Watt, Tucker and A. Lee were very professional and courteous men who made sure we felt comfortable with them handling our furniture. They did an excellent job. I would hire them again.

The whole process was smooth and easy. Eli and Billy did an outstanding job. They were personable and efficient and worked the entire time they were there. I can’t say enough good things about their work.

I had a great experience. Ron and Chance were terrific and took care to properly protect and move the treadmill.

Everyone was great. Angelo and his guys were early, worked quickly, and did an excellent job. If we knew it was going to be that easy we probably would’ve had them move even more stuff.

I called about a week before my move and the office staff was accommodating. Jimmy came out to give me an estimate and he was friendly but professional. On the day of moving, Mr. Samuels called me to let me know the Arrival time of my team. They arrived, introduced themselves before Mr. Samuels went through the paperwork & logistics. We (Samuels, Hinton & Enroch) walked each rooms of the home to discuss the logistics etc. Everything ran smoothly from that point on. They arrived to our apartment, walked the rooms and layout to discuss the logistics ( where & what). Mr. Samuels, Mr Hinton & Mr. Enroch were professional, hardworking and extremely helpful during our move to the apartment. I certainly hope they will be able to move us in about 6-9 months when we move into our newly built home.
