Very good . I am missing my 2 step ladder ,they said they would let me know. Haven't heard

The team we had was great. Mr. White was the lead and liaison between us and the team. However, everyone was very professional, upbeat, and had a great attitude. We really appreciate all their help and hard work. I was very impressed by this group of young men. I will always recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone else who asks if I know a good moving company.

Items missing and damaged. Now wants me to pay for move before they will repair and replace broken items. I had this company move and pack items and put in storage 11/2 years ago and always paid on time. If I pay how do I now that they will repair and replace items ?? They say this is company policy, if this is I don't think it is a good way to treat a returning customer

My move was a disaster. Movers showed up without any dollies, (moving a piano , that still isn’t moved and sitting on MY dollies AND now claw leg and roller broke), scratched floors several places, 2 out of four could not lift much, back of love seat (purchased in a November) completely torn across back and carried several dressers upside down. That’s all I know at this time. Just found the couch yesterday.

I have contacted local franchise and sent pictures. I am waiting on a refund and r resolution.

We have an expensive Japanese maple tree that was destroyed as well as our yard after repeatable telling them to be careful and them telling us they knew what they were doing and wouldn’t get stuck. They had no idea how to pack a truck- could have fit much more stuff on the truck has they packed it correctly. Wouldn’t listen to suggestions. Very disappointed in the service and would never recommend. Called the office twice and no one bothered to call me back. Overall horrible experience.

The gentlemen who moved me and Katlynn(sp) were beyond professional, punctual, and overall kind. I would absolutely work with these 3 again. They made a stressful day of planning and moving easy!!!! My sincere thanks!

Two critiques as there is always room for improvement. A minor scratch on 1 piece of furniture, (think it was from the straps) and we had to bag my hanging clothes because there wasn't a clothing rack. Didnt know I needed to request it.

Again, minor "issues" and I am happy to have supported a local company. Love the $1 charity for reviews!

The overall experience was excellent. However, some furniture and floor scratches were not noticed until after movers gone (they probably didn't notice themselves).

Our moving men arrived about 15 minutes early. Got going quickly. Blanketed and saran wrapped everything carefully and quickly. Saved me money with their speedy loading and unloading. I couldn't have asked for a better job. Both men were professional and friendly. I would recommend TWO MEN AND A TRUCK unreservedly.

Our overall experience with Two Men and a Truck was excellent to say the least. S. Byrd, R. Reynolds and J. Palmer were all extremely courteous and their attention to detail was unmatched. While working I even stated they could “tone it down a notch” on the wrapping and securing of items in order to move them faster. The answer I got in return was “this is just how we do things”. This made me think of the quality of service these gentlemen we’re providing. These gentlemen can be trusted by their company to do the right thing even when nobody is watching (even when the homeowner they are dealing with is over moving that day lol). I can’t thank these guys enough for their work ethic, courteous service and positive attitudes. I’d gladly recommend these gentlemen and company to anyone moving.
