The morning of our move the crew hit the call box of our community, doing major damage. They proceeded to move our things and did not tell us what had occurred. A neighbor saw it and let us know later. This occurred on June 8. The company's response to the matter has been deplorable and we are now at the point of rebuilding the unit ourselves and suing the company. Perhaps this post will prompt communication from someone invested in this franchise (Charlotte, NC, Trailer Drive) to respond BY PHONE to us immediately.

Ignored guidence to reduce worktime by placement of truck. The movers scrapped walls & a door. They worked harder not smarter. They worked hard. I didn't want to risk valuble items/fragile items so I moved them myself. Since the Company's policy to not haul garbage bags with stuff in them and it would take me just as much time to bring the stuff to the new house as it would to pack it in boxes I ended up moving those things myself. Inshort I did about half the work the crew did. Even so I seemed I was overcharged.

I warned workcrew & office about one of the routes to the new place having a no truck entry sign at a given road yet the driver broke driving laws and went down that road with the truck even though other choices were available.

The movers were slow and damaged the wall in the apartment we moved from. We help in load the truck to help speed up the move. If not they would have been there till at least 7 PM would not recommend them to any of my friends

The movers worked hard and had a good attitude. However, several pieces of our furniture were very damaged and the appearance of those pieces was ruined. Based on that fact alone, I would not recommend Two Men and a Truck. I am very upset that some of our furniture was ruined. One piece that was damaged was not wrapped in plastic on the truck. The damaged spot is right in front and cannot be disguised. We can’t go out and just buy a new bedroom suit, which is what what was damaged. Both dressers in our bedroom were damaged! I feel like some of the fee charged for the service should be reimbursed because our furniture was ruined. Had we chosen another company, our furniture might still look nice. Now, we are left with ugly pieces of furniture.

I was very satisfied with the move. There were a few minor scratches here and there in a couple of pieces but I was able to fix them myself with a Guardsman pen I purchased at Lowes. I will use your company again if I move and recommend your company to others.

First off the guys were super nice and respectful. But they didn't take my advice and move the w/d out the back door and instead shoved through living room door and chipped paint. They broke plastic tub and never told me, the crushed the hose and damaged the washer hose, which I replaced and bent prong on dryer (making a claim). The youngest in group kept trying to pick up stuff on his own without the use of hand trucks and other team members. He needs more training or at least listen to the guys that have more experience. If you break something, just be honest and tell me. I would rather know up front than find out after the fact.

It was good but we did have one dropped piece of furniture that requires repair soon.

The movers were in a rush due to a job after mine. Due to this they tried to force the couch out without taking the feet off damaging the wall in my apartment and scraping paint off of the ceiling onto my couch. They also caused some minor wall damage in the new house which I had just the whole thing painted. They were nice, but they work was sloppy. I reached out to the local office to file a claim, and no one has responded in two days with two emails sent to them. I'll never recommend you to anyone looking to move.

Very good experience. Guys were friendly and polite. There were some scratches to the walls from furniture moving- but not extreme. They worked hard and got done much faster than the estimate, which saved me a lot of money.

This move was a nightmare. The attitude of the movers was confrontational from the beginning and escalated to the point that I was uncomfortable having them move my belongings or be in my home. They broke a table which belonged to my husbands grandmother and somehow managed to lose an entire couch cushion in the move. We ended up having to terminate the move in the middle of the process which cost us additional time and money as we then had to scramble to find another moving company to complete the move the following day. I have been a customer of the company several times in the past, but I will NEVER trust you to move any of my belongings again.
