The moving team was awesome. Brewster and the other young man were able to get everything done in the time I estimated. As you know time is money and it’s nice to be right on the money quoted to you. No surprises.

I am very unimpressed with Two Men and a Truck and will never use them again. Their movers dropped out flat screen TV two times and also broke a piece on our new grill valued at $500.00.

We were forced to signed a release of liability (ROL) form for the TVs because they were not in a box. Yet, they were wrapped and securely packaged. One of our TVs no longer works due to the careless handling by the movers. And Two Men and a Truck will not provide us with any money towards their mistake because of the ROL.

They also are short changing me on the grill that they damaged. The basic valuation is $.60/lb for damaged items. They are cutting a check for $100.00, but based on the weight of my grill, it should be cut for $123.68.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism displayed by this company.

A negative on the service is that you expect the customer to estimate their own needs for boxes, etc. Then you send the packers out with only the number of boxes the customer (who knows nothing of packing boxes) estimated, with no spares. This led to a major upset in my case. You fixed it but it caused a delay in the actual move that meant the movers, who worked hard, missed their next appointment. This is a management problem, not a worker's problem!

Mr Brown, Mr Tucker and Mr Shwardt from the Charlotte, NC team were excellent movers. They went beyond the call of duty to see that my moving process went smoothly and expediently.

The movers were wonderful and helpful! Making a stressful situation easy!! Will definitely recommend!!
