My only complaint is the pricing structure...having to pay for the time in transit at the movers' hourly rate in addition to the fixed transport fee is excessive and will impact my choice to use the service in the future. I'm sure you can come up with a better way.

The office staff was great, courteous, and efficient. The guys did a great job. I have already hired them for another move back in a week.

I was disappointed when I was contacted the day before the move in response to an email I sent and told I was not on the schedule even though I had sent the signed contact almost a month earlier. But the person I spoke to made it right and the moving team was excellent.

The movers needed to worry less about how fast they could get us moved and worried more about doing it right. I know we had a lot of boxes but I had to go thru them and put them in the right rooms after they were done. Night stand was left laying on the dresser, trunk was left standing on end and bed frame is barely screwed together and one of the posters no longer screws into the post. A pane of glass on the antique hutch is broken. There is a gash in the wall going up the stairs to the condo. A couple of men acted aggravated when I didn't want all the boxes piled in one room. If I had wanted to do that I wouldnt have hired anyone. The claims process for the damage doesnt seem to be progressing very well.

Overall， we received a good service and will use the service in future.

Kenya and Montess were very professional and efficient. Two great guys representing your company.

The men sent to the job could not have been more professional. They were pleasant and seemed to enjoy their work.

There was a miscommunication about the arrival time of the men, but management was kind enough to waive the service fee and provide a 3rd man for free to make up for the delay. Very happy with your effort making things ‘right.’

The moving team was quick, friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend y’all to others!!
