They are professional movers. I am 100% satisfied.

95% of my items arrived without incident. My bed was missing a support piece that was there when they broke down the bed frame. Another piece was broken off and I found it in an elevator three days later. They did not have the tools needed to take many of my items apart. There were too many washers not used in putting the bed back together. However, they did work well as a team.

Excellent team of movers and the administrative staff made the whole process very easy.

Everyone that works with you in my area heard my thoughts the past two days! I’m very unhappy with your lack of service, your lack of assistance, lack of ability, lack of communication, and your inability to consider the fact that you did not meet the needs of a complete move. My old place was left a total mess and your men were unable to get my bed apart and they just left it there! Horrible!

The guys that moved us were great. Took great care of our furniture and belongings as if it were theirs. Very hard working guys and very respectful and polite. I would use your company again if I was to move again.

Movers were not experience. More like a driver with some experience and others were just labour to do the job. There were not professional mover...
