The movers were a no show on both 6/27 and 6/28! Communication was very poor ( basically non existent) from operations. My husband and Ispent 6 hours of our time waiting on trucks and movers to show up.

The move finally occurred on Monday. We were supposed to have five man and only had four. Both Tony and David were great at their jobs but the other two gentlemen that were not.

Moving team was professional, however no fault of theirs they arrived 5- hours late. So my 1-day pick up, turned into a 2- day pick up.

Bobby and Trevor were VERY accommodating, courteous and professional during the entire move. They showed up on time, communicated during the load and unload process, and we’re careful with our belongings. Thank you.

Long story short : A 2-3 hour job took over 7 hours. The only reason it only
took 7 hours is because I started moving my OWN furniture. So I was paying myself. They left for an hour and never explained where or why they left for an hour. They didn’t wear mask. The left there materials at the old apartment and drinks. They broke my daughters bed. I can say a lot more , it was bad. Gotta laugh bad

Our appointment was scheduled and confirmed for 9-10am arrival. No one had called to let us know they were on the way at 9:45am so I called our local office. No one answered but a few minutes later an associates called to let me know the team was out late and would be arriving between 10:30-11am. At 11:15 when no one showed, I called 5 more times with no answer. Movers finally arrived at 1:15pm

This was an excellent team that moved me. They were very professional & protective of my belongings. I had a large sectional that had to be moved upstairs with a tight staircase & they pulled it off without scratching my newly painted home or the sectional. This is a hard working crew that desires great recognition. They are truly an asset to the company & desire an increase in compensation.

My movers (Rimini B., Dan M., and Colin C.) were quick, efficient and friendly! I intended the move to take twice as long as it did, and not a single item was damaged in any way. They were extremely personable, which made a normally stressful experience very pleasant! They deserve a bonus!!!
