I had no problems with the movers at all. They were efficient and courteous. But I was charged overtime because when I called in to the office to change my contact phone number, that message was never passed to the movers. When I did not answer my first number they moved on to another move and came back to me late in the day. I was at the pickup scene with my cell phone (the new contact number) and easily reachable. Except that number was never relayed. Their overtime cost was passed on to me.

Everyone from start to finish was professional and helpful. We appreciated the follow ups as our move date got closer. They did exactly what they said they would, and the quote was on target. The team that moved us were on time, incredibly nice, efficient and hardworking. They treated everything with care. This is the second time we have used their services and I would not hesitate to do so again.

The movers were not very careful with our items or our home. They did not cover the newly finished stair rails after we asked them to multiple times and ultimately knicked them up at multiple spots that will now
Need to be fixed. Also, they damaged the ceiling moving a dresser as it hit the edge of the ceiling going upstairs. There was no offer made to help us pay for the painter will we have to hire to fix bit items but am hoping someone from the Office will call me to discuss this. Based on this, I would not use two men and a truck again.

The moving team of Richard, Rashad, Jovan, and Eddie was excellent and they exceeded my expectations. They stayed motivated and kept a sense of humor while lifting and moving my heavy furniture! The price was affordable in comparison to other companies. I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck for your moving needs. The move itself was a smooth process for myself and my family because they took the load off of us and alleviated our stresses by taking care of everything!
