Very disappointed with the damages incurred on computer desks, ping-pong table, scratches to bed frame, etc.. Waiting to hear back from claims office.

The movers were very nice. I was a little disappointed with their experience. The movers did not wrap my furniture entirely with blankets. They left the bottom edges uncovered. I told them to wrap them. They didn't wrap them entirely and we have "nicks" and "scratches" on the bottom of some of our pieces. Unfortunately, our furniture was VERY HEAVY. I told the guy who came out to "prep" our move that we needed experienced, STRONG movers. I was unhappy with the way they were unprepared. They didn't have tools to take apart our bed frame. They just tried to "squeeze" it thru the doorway. I had to tell them that it wouldn't fit and they needed to take it apart. I also was not happy with the way they wrapped my 4 posts from my master bed. They are "scratched". Most items are ok. Thank you.

Their interior designers carelessly lost four of my pieces of China.

I have used Two Men and a Truck a few times now and I have never been disappointed. Brian and his coworker were amazing and really helped me out with this big move from a big house to a small house. Thank you so much!

Overall I was very satisfied with the movers, the 2 guys were great, on time, and careful with our stuff and our houses. Only little minor cosmetic damage on a few furniture items. I think some of the furniture and appliances should have been protected a little better. But I suppose you have to expect a few things will get banged up a little. I appreciated the follow up call on my initial online quote. After discussing our moving plans, we determined it was best for us to do one full trunk-load, instead of just the large and heavy items. Even though the truck was full, the actual weight was lower than the quote estimate, so they reduced the price several hundred dollars accordingly. I really appreciated that! I would definitely use Two Men and a Truck again in the future.
