So the movers used a hand cart that ended up scraping my brand new hard wood floors. Today is the day I am supposed to be called about how you guys are going to fix that. If no call or no fixing this service is worthless, if you fix it like the mover guy said you would then its fine.

From start to finish Chris and Jawan were fantastic, even following up the next day and bringing by a few small items that had been tough to see in the truck during unloading. They are the best.

I was very impressed with our moving team. Joseph and Tony were exceptional movers who seemed to have vast knowledge of wrapping and moving our furniture. They navigated stairs on both sides of the move and were able to easily and carefully handle our furniture without hurting either it or the walls. Together with Patrick they moved quickly and efficiently in constant motion, never halting or a wavering in their mission. I have moved more than 15 times and I have never been more impressed with a moving team. They were hardworking, positive, helpful, and thorough. Nothing was missed or lost and everything was positioned as we asked. No complaints. I would highly recommend your company and this team to anybody making a local move. On a scale of 1-to-5, these guys were all 10s.

The men handling the furniture were great, even helped me apply the felt pads to the bottom of some of my furniture. Also, they informed me about a piece of glass that had accidentally been broken at the storage facility, but assured me it would be replaced. They were honest, up-front, and hardworking. Very pleased with the service.

The office crew worked with me twice to move the date. The moving crew were polite and professional
