I would like to robustley applaud an outstanding, andquot;TopGunandquot;, performance by both the management team, and the stellar,exemplary, performance of the two gentlemen who actually did the extremely heavy lifting. There attitudes were spectacular, and their andquot;attention to detailandquot;, was Top Flight.
My grandparents owned a furniture store for over 60 years, and I was trained in the art of moving furniture safely and efficiently. This company won the Super Bowl, metaphorically speaking, in taking care of my valued possessions, and the guys expediency, was extraordinary !
You may have noticed my aviation background, and having things planned well ( preFlight check ) and executed safely and efficiently, ( pleasant flight ), is very important in my profession.

Only 2 problems:1) didn't follow the sequence of pickup and delivery and had to call them to tell the movers they were going to second delivery/pickup before they dropped off the first delivery; 2) the cost of the move was incorrectly calculated and we had to request a refund that was around $300. It was partly due to 3 men sent to do a small move plus over statement of time spent. The office staff corrected once it was brought to their attention. THANKS office staff!!

Overall satisfied with the company. There was a mixup on having the movers show up on time, which was corrected very quickly, however I was under the understanding that all of our belongings would be packed and moved. Spent several days after the move packing and moving ALOT of stuff that I'm just grateful I had time to take care of. Not sure if this was because of the packers not showing up until 2pm instead of 9am as originally scheduled. Movers were great, office was great...only disappointment was the totality of what was packed and moved.

James and Malcolm were awesome and kind. They did not have their regular truck due to some mix up, so they had to scrounge for tools, but were not afraid to ask. They worked quickly and efficiently.

This is our second experience with Two Men And A Truck. Giving them a 10+! Did an excellent job! Upbeat, confident, and competent professions that I will call again and recommend to others.

3 of the movers were timely and very good(Thurston, Duane, Patrick). 4th person showed up 2 hours late, and did an average job(his stacking in storage was not efficient). Billing was not correct in that I had a binding quote, and they charged me hourly. Materials order was lacking mattress covers.
