Communication was very good before the move. They showed up on time, loaded and unloaded carefully, and worked at a proper pace (not trying to milk the clock, but not rushing). The hourly rate was good for two experienced movers and a truck without mileage and other surprise charges. It's great that the company offers services for as little as two hours, as many of us just need help moving a few larger items.

I could not be more satisfied with the services provided. My moving team -- Aaron, Steve, and Joe -- were fantastic. They were prompt, courteous, efficient and super pleasant. The move was completed in a very professional and timely manner. Truly could not be more pleased.

All and all a pleasant experience with no surprises. Treated our antiques with special care. They were courteous and in good spirits which helped make it an excellent experience.

Overall I was satisfied with the move. Unfortunately my desk was damaged as a result and not something I immediately noticed. This was a result of damaging the wall in the stairwell which they fixed. I did not receive the bed bags as purchased and my mattresses were dirty upon arrival.

I called on Monday. They had an opening on Tuesday. They arrived on time. And moved my things across town quickly and with no damage to furniture.

My wife and I moved across the country by ourselves, hauling a 15' UHaul truck that we packed ourselves. We were exhausted enough to not want to try to unload the whole thing once we arrived. Our first thought was, call for some muscle to help us and we immediately thought of Two Men And A Truck.
